Verbier Ski Resort is one part of the 4 Valleys ski area which is is Switzerland's biggest ski area with about 410km of pistes. Each Valley has its own ski pass, or buy the 4 Valleys ski pass to ski the whole resort. The Verbier resort is at 1500m and the high point (Mont Fort) is at 3300m. Snowparks
1936Neipark: Where: In the La Chaux sector. Go up the Medran and then the La Chaux Express and get out at the mid station. Altitude: 2842m. Opening times: 9:30 - 16:15. Ambiance: music and bbq. Instruction: Coaching sessions with pro-riders. Events: Big Air competitions, etc. Fee: No charge as long as you have a lift pass for the area (Vebrier).
Snowpark du Taillay: In the Tsoumaz / Savoleyres sector. Go up the Les Etablons chair from La Tzoumas and then go up the Taillay chair. Nendaz Funpark Jean-Pierre: In the Nendaz sector. Go up the Tracouet lift. Nendaz Snowpark Tracouet:In the Nendaz sector. Go up the Tracouet lift. Thyon Snowpark Novice: In the Thyon sector. Thyon Snowpark Pro:In the Thyon sector.
The Ortovox / Eider Avalanche Safety Park
In the Chaux sector, test your avalanche search ability with buried avalanche beacons.
Racing Competition Area
In the Savoleyres sector, skiing and snowboarding races can be organized (reserve in advance).
